Tots-Together 2020-21 Application Form


Welcome to The Village Shul Tots Together program.  Please read the following conditions of enrollment carefully.

  1. Space in the program is limited.  Admittance to the program is on a first come first serve basis and applications must be received no later than Wednesday, February 28, 2020.
  2. If your application is received after all spaces have been filled and before the February 28, 2020 deadline, your child will be placed on our waiting list and we will notify you to this effect.
  3. The registration form must be filled out completely and signed as indicated.  A separate form must be completed for each child.
  4. All required fees must accompany this application (see Financial Agreement).
  5. The pre-school coordinator will consider requests for class placement.  However these requests are not guaranteed.  The final decision is up to the discretion of the coordinator.
  6. A copy of the application will be emailed to you upon submission for your records.

  1. $1000 deposit is due upon submission of this form, payable online via credit card. Your payment must be paid in full.
  2. $500 of the initial $1000 deposit is non-refundable. If you withdraw your child prior to March 1, 2019, $500 will be returned to you. If you withdraw your child from March 1, 2019 and prior to June 1, 2019, you will not receive a refund, but will receive a tax receipt for $500. 
  3. Fees are determined on an academic year basis and take into account the length of the school months and the number of holidays or other days off during the school year.
  4. The balance of tuition may be made in one of two ways: a single payment on August 1, 2019 or alternatively, you may make arrangements online to pay in up to 10 installments beginning August 1, 2019. 
  5. If you withdraw your child once the program has begun and prior to March 1, 2020: (a) one month’s written notice is required; (b) a portion of the  tuition will be returned to you for those full months following termination of enrolment less the amount for service rendered.
  6. If you withdraw your child after February 28, 2020, there will be no refund.
  7. An additional charge of $20 will be applied if cheques are returned N.S.F.
  8. Fees are non-transferable.
